From November 11 to 13 in Agadir, SIPPO Morocco, in partnership with the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Services of Souss-Massa (CCIS-SM), organized a capacity-building training on the FAIRWILD Standard, delivered by experts from the FairWild Foundation.
This three-day workshop forms part of a broader effort to promote the sustainable, ethical, and equitable management of wild-collected natural resources, including argan, prickly pear, and aromatic and medicinal plants.
The objectives are to strengthen the local capacities to adopt sustainable harvesting practices, ensure traceability, and integrate fair trade principles across their value chains.
