CCIRS Strengthens Capacity with Productive OCA Workshop

The two-day workshop focused on evaluating CCIRS's current capacity across a broad spectrum of areas.  This in-depth analysis covered six key domains:

• Network and Cooperation: This session assessed the chamber's effectiveness in building and maintaining relationships with other organizations.
• Monitoring and Results Measurement: Here, the focus was on CCIRS's ability to track progress and measure the impact of its initiatives.
• Digitalization: This session evaluated the chamber's use of technology to streamline operations and enhance services.
• Service Delivery: This area examined the efficiency and effectiveness of the services offered by CCIRS to its members.
• Strategy: This session assessed the clarity and effectiveness of CCIRS's overall strategic direction.
• Sustainability: This session was all about country-specific ESG criteria, trade regulations, and sustainability standards and related Chamber's policies and guidelines, their capacity of promotion of knowledge exchange on good sustainability practices and ability to capture and market information about their members/clients and their products/services.

 The results of the OCA workshop will be instrumental in planning future activities and further developing the capacity of the CCIRS. By identifying areas for improvement, the Chamber can take targeted steps to enhance its effectiveness and better serve its members.

The workshop was facilitated by an external expert and included participation from representatives of both CCIRS and SIPPO, ensuring a comprehensive and collaborative evaluation process.
