Fostering a Collaborative Digital Ecosystem

The online workshop, titled "Cross-promotion Between BSOs and Basics of Analytics," brought together staff from the Foreign Trade Chamber of Bosnia and Herzegovina (FTC BiH), the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Republic of Srpska (CCIRS), and the Federal Chamber of Economy of the Federation of BiH (FCoC).

The initiative was designed to transform the organizations' online presence from a reactive approach to a proactive, data-driven digital strategy. This final training was the culmination of a broader project that provided a structured framework to strengthen online branding, social media management, and performance tracking, with a special focus on promoting SIPPO-supported activities.

A core achievement of the project is the establishment of a strategic framework for enhanced collaboration among the chambers.

The project, led by SIPPO consultant Mile Gluvačević, has successfully equipped the business support organizations with a comprehensive suite of tools and the necessary skills to manage their online presence more effectively and measure the true impact of their activities.
